	FLYING J TRAVEL PLAZA UMATILLA, OR The plaza includes a highway fuel station with convenience store, restaurant, and options for future hotel and retail. Weden provided development permits, traffic planning, utilities design, onsite water and septic treatment, stormwater treatment and retention, and survey management.

	BARLEAN'S ORGANIC OILS FERNDALE, WA Barlean's 12-acre processing plant and fishery is a family-owned business that produces organic products for the health food industry. In order to meet increased demand, Barlean's is expanding its production plant and has contracted with Weden for planning and engineering consulting services including a new water system design for roughly 500,000 gallons per day.

	PIONEER COMMERCIAL PARK FERNDALE, WA Pioneer Commercial will be a business complex of 5 steel construction buildings with retail office and storage space to lease. Weden Engineering has provided permitting, road design, layout for utilities, stormwater treatment and detention design, and construction documents for the project. LID measures include a pervious concrete road surface with an underground rock reservoir for on-site storage and treatment of stormwater.

	FLEETWOOD INDUSTRIAL PARK (SAMSON ROPE) FERNDALE, WA Located in Ferndale's central industrial area, the Fleetwood Industrial Park is home to Sampson Rope, the nation's leading cordage manufacturer that also holds the oldest active registered trademark in the United States. The industrial site is planned to accommodate more than 50,000 s.f. of commercial and light industrial business. Weden Engineering provided land-use planning, permitting, and engineering services for expanding its operations and to export more than 25,000 c.y. of material offsite.


	NORTH STAR GRAVEL PIT RECLAMATION FERNDALE, WA North Star Sand and Gravel has been in operation since the early 70's, continuously supplying structural aggregate to the region. Weden Engineering was retained to provide reclamation planning, permitting through the County and State, and engineering services necessary to extract remaining resources and then backfill, all the while protecting critical areas.
